At Mahlkönig, we stand behind the precision and quality of our professional-grade coffee grinders. If you are not completely satisfied with your home brewing experience, you may return your unused equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Grinder

  Ensure the grinder is thoroughly cleaned of all coffee grounds and securely packed in its original Mahlkönig packaging, including all manuals and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
